Item 3
Dudley & Associates request Project Plan approval for an infill development project that includes 24 new residential units in the MDR (Medium Density Residential) Zone, located approximately at 258 West 200 North. Timp Neighborhood.

Development Services requests Ordinance Text Amendments to Provo City Code 14.37 to add a reduction for projects near bus rapid transit stations and to amend associated parking regulations. Citywide Application.

Item 1 - RECOMMENDED APPROVAL
Natalie & Douglas Langford request an Ordinance Text Amendment to Provo City Code 14.22.020 to add a caretaker dwelling as a permitted accessory use in the CG (General Commercial) Zone. Citywide Application.

Item 2 - Review Only, No Action
Continued staff review of the draft zoning ordinance. Planning Commission is not being asked to forward a recommendation to the City Council at this time. Public comment will be taken when this item is before the Planning Commission for a recommendation.
