RECIPE ALTERATIONS:
Begin with the basic bread recipe, and make the following changes >>
🍞Add 1/4 cup more coconut milk
🍞Add 2 tbsp more olive oil
🍞Remove 1/2 cup tapioca and replace with 1/2 cup buckwheat
🍞Add 1/4 cup more GF quick cooking oats
🍞Add 1/2 cup mix of pumpkin, sesame, poppy, and chia seeds to dry mix
🍞Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tbsp minced onion to dry mix
🍞Sprinkle a bit more seed mix over the top of the shaped dough
Follow the rest of the recipe as usual.

I began Two Little Buns bakery because I saw first hand just how powerful food choices can be for overall health-- both ours and the planet. I believed that higher quality, tastier foods could be created despite the need to avoid gluten and animal products.

Oh the lovely things this sauce can help create! Drizzle it on or add to a calzone... stir into some pasta for a great ...heck I’ve even made jalapeño poppers and this sauce was my cheesey filling!
