Gilbane Development has reached financial close on a new purpose-built student housing community serving The University of Oklahoma.

Developed in collaboration with Coleraine Capital Group and financed by Santander Bank US and Fifth Third Bank, the 756-bed community will help meet growing demand for high-quality student housing in Norman as OU continues to experience record enrollment growth.

This development will feature apartment-style residences, dedicated study spaces, fitness and wellness amenities, outdoor gathering areas, and direct shuttle service to campus.

Developed by Gilbane Development in partnership with Blue Sea Development Company, Linden Grove is a 153-unit affordable senior housing development and the tallest modular Passive House building of its kind in the country. Designed to advance sustainability, wellness, and housing access, the project brings together innovative construction, high-performance design, and resident-centered amenities in the heart of Brooklyn.

We appreciated the opportunity to share the story behind the development, connect with the next generation of industry leaders, and showcase how thoughtful partnerships can help create lasting impact for communities.

The leasing office for MXWL is now open, marking a major step forward for our newest student housing community in Lexington ahead of its Fall 2027 opening.
