Hello friends!
It’s been a while since I’ve posted but I’m trying to get things moving again. What better way to jump back in than with this delicious take on a Louise Cake from the wonderful book Sweet by and ?! A delicious cake base with coconut & lemon zest and a beautiful layer of baked plums, all topped with delicious mound of pillowy baked meringue, this dessert was the perfect way to welcome spring and celebrate ’ birthday!
