E.C.O. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering our youth community.
Big waves, bigger smiles. Kenneth Rusko , Founder of E.C.O. (Experience, Confidence, Opportunity), is giving at-risk youth mentorship, education, and access to opportunities they might not otherwise have. Through Ocean Tides, E.C.O. is helping build a future where every young person has a real chance to succeed. POC is proud to support work that changes lives, one wave at a time.
