Question of the day... Doodling while on a call this morning... I had the opportunity to speak with a CEO who was struggling with the "youngsters" in his company. He was becoming (in his words) "a control freak and micro-manager" for his own "right" reasons.

Jessica Steward brought this question to me a while back and I love it because the answer may be spot-on based upon what the asker is thinking; or the responder may expose an entirely different problem he didn't see at all. In both cases resolution awaits! What problem are you trying to solve today?
