A staple in Providence since 1989, we serve eclectic, contemporary, award-winning cuisine. CAV (pronounced CAHV) stands for Cocktails, Antiques, Victuals.
An upscale award winning restaurant and antique art gallery with a sophisticated contemporary menu at night, and an informal bistro menu for lunch. CAV also serves Saturday and Sunday brunch. All art, rugs, pillows, and select chandeliers are for sale. CAV is also available for private parties, showers, business dinners or meetings, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any special occasion.
