May is Mental Health Month. We’re honored to join with Horizon Healthcare Partners, the Mental Health Association of Rhode Island, state officials, community members, advocates and survivors to shine a light on mental health and the 988 Su***de and Crisis Lifeline. 988 Means Help.

We partnered with the team at RIPTA to develop a series of animated videos, each with an educational tone and relatable travel scenario, to enhance public understanding of RIPTA services and encourage the community to embrace public transit as a valued resource. Each video highlights key aspects of the RIPTA experience, from route planning to boarding the bus, ensuring that everyone feels confident and informed about their journey.

For 34 years, Charles ‘Charlie’ Kelly has been the guiding force behind RISLA. Charlie’s leadership helped build more than an organization; he built a promise to every student pursuing a brighter future. We recently partnered with RISLA to develop a video that pays homage to Charlie's legacy while highlighting the future of RISLA following his retirement next month. Looking forward, RISLA will continue to extend its reach by innovating new programs that will continue to make higher education attainable for all.
