A room full of artists, advocates, and changemakers? That's our kind of party!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 27th Pell Awards Gala as we honored outgoing Artistic Director Curt Columbus, community philanthropist Paul J. Choquette, Jr., and Teatro ECAS Executive and Artistic Director Francis Parra. Together, we celebrated visionary leadership and raised vital funds to support the art, education, and engagement programs that make Trinity Rep a cultural home for Rhode Island.
As a fitting tribute to his remarkable tenure, Curt was also presented with the Key to the City of Providence. 🔑✨ Congratulations to all of our honorees, and thank you for making the evening so memorable.

The award-winning cast also included our very own Resident Company Member, Charlie Thurston! Additionally, you may recognize costume designer Qween Jean for her work on Trinity Rep's productions of Othello and Macbeth. She was not only nominated for Liberation, but won for her work on Cats: The Jellicle Ball. Understudies Britt Faulkner and Matthew Russell are also Brown/Trinity Rep alumni.
We are absolutely floored by the talent, artistry, and creativity of this remarkable team, and by all the nominees and winners celebrated last night. Theater is the best!
