Today at the Rhode Island Bar Association's Annual Meeting, our co-director, Dr. Taino Palermo, and board member, Dr. James Diamond of Yale Law School, are presenting on the "State of Indian Affairs in Rhode Island" to educate lawyers and judges on wide range of Indigenous peoples affairs occurring in the state irrespective of the lack of a state Indian Affairs Department.
