Summer is officially here! And, if you have kids at home, like me, then you understand how long the days can feel. Keeping children engaged throughout the summer months is easy with Creative Wanderings Art Center. Our mobile art studio is hosting Summer Break Art Camps this July and August, and there is still time to register.
you are looking for a unique, screen-free way for your child to spend time outdoors, explore their creativity, and come home with a smile on their face, then Summer Break Art Camp is the perfect fit!
Our week-long art enrichment programs include 5 full days of creative activity with an option to customize your camp plans by attending 2, 3, 4, or all 5 days. Class sizes will not exceed 24 kids per day to ensure a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.

🍝 Anything and everything can spark inspiration-yesterday I (ᗩᔕᕼᒪEY EᖇᑎEᔕT, MFA) made this pasta salad that my late grandmother always used to make -it reminds me of her and Summer! Food is such an inspiration—anything and everything can help inspire kids art. It helped me begin to think about how I can incorporate food into their camp projects this Summer!
🍒I found this cool pasta necklace from PLAY MAKE CREATE LA based in LA! (LA is one of my favorite places!) The pasta is painted and wood is incorporated. It is thoughtfully created using pastels and paint.
🎨Necklaces, chimes, and beaded decoration can all be made with some dried pasta! Kids will learn about color, thinking outside the box and using different art materials to create something beautiful and fun!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this book! Received it a couple weeks back from the gals Sun and Sea Summit 💕 Let me tell ya—it is hella inspiring! It’s almost camp time and I’m designing SO MANY AWESOME projects for your kiddos—some inspired by this SUPER AWESOME book! Henry Carroll and rose blake for writing it!
