Tons of "adult" fun coming the end of March! I'll be hosting another multi course dinner that's BYOB (both Bs). Menu will be up by end of week! The seating is limited and opens for supper club member invites first.

Thanks as always for those who have been there as I get the swing of cooking for indoor dinning, cooking for , serving, and clearing plates alone 💪🏾 I hope the feeling you get is like you're eating at a friend's house and I will continue to try my best to have tables fed and orders out the door in under 30 mins.

Stay tuned for the adults only themed Valentine's Weekend event on 2/15! It will be an invite only 5 course tasting menu with 2 services and 🍃 friendly for the adults who partake.

And just like that the break is over! Things are changing in order to meet both the community's needs and those of my family. Reopen begins in exactly one week 😱 I'm still decorating, building furniture, and figuring out some of the finer details of this new year new Bean thing so be kind. 2024 was a life changing year and I'm trying my best to keep alive this dream of providing folks in my community with fresh from scratch meals at a cost that even food industry employees can afford! Yes you heard that right! I gauge my prices based off of what I know most food industry staff make and that's anywhere from $3.89-15/hr with and sometimes without tips. Most folks who make and serve you your food live at OR BELOW the poverty level. I've worked in many fields and this is the poorest job I've ever had lol Most folks work 2+ jobs 7 days a week to ensure this city is fed yet most can't even eat at the places they work. Imagine working a place 40hrs a week creating every item on the menu and not being able to eat there and if you decide to go on your day off you'd be extremely lucky if you get any sort of discount as the creator of those exact dishes that afford the owner a 2nd vacation home. I cook as my form of service to the community, but it means nothing if the community doesn't show up. So I listened and changed my hours so that you'll can! Cool private adult themed events and invite only supper clubs start back next month so stay tuned for updates and hope to see you next week.
