It is a chocolate showpiece from my workshop for beginners. With a height of about 50cm, it shows us a scene of the forest in spring. Hope you enjoy!

Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday on the fifth day of the fifth
month in Chinese lunar calendar. Dragon boat racing and eating Zongzi (rice
dumpling) are traditional rituals on this day.
The “Dragon Boat” is inspired by to and to celebrate this festival. The cake is
combined with a layer of almond lemon dacquoise, freeze dried strawberry
crumbles, a light lemon bavarois and a red fruits compote. All decorations are
crafted with chocolate.

This chocolate showpiece is designed for Christmas, depicting such a scene of joy and happiness, incorporating many elements related to Christmas.
I use white chocolate to make snowflakes, dark chocolate to make Santa Claus and houses, cocoa butter transfer to make fireworks....

I’ve planned to craft this powerful bird since long time. The details of this chocolate creation really took me some time, such as the head, the beak, the talons and the feathers, etc. More than 2000 chocolate feathers were handcrafted and covered to the eagle. The chocolate sculpture weighs about 30kg with a height of about 1m.

in the magic forest of chocolate, a cute squirrel stand on the roof of the acorn-shaped house, as if it is the guardian
of the acorn kingdom. The dynamic appearance of the squirrel and the acorn-shaped house complement each
other, showing the beauty of harmonious symbiosis.
With a height of about 110cm, the showpiece takes about 40kg dark chocolate. The colors on the showpiece are
made out of cocoa butter and edible chocolate pigment, which ensures that the whole food showpiece is edible.
