Iām about to become your fitness mentor mixed with a little virtual fit sister in Christ. By equipping you with the same tools and inspiration that gave my body and heart new life. Jesus took me at my weakest and made me strong and confident in His power. I was frail, I was torn and I was desperate for a change. Bravenly Global steps into a new era today.
Five years. One promise: holistic health that gets to the ROOT ... physically, mentally, and spiritually. Bold in faith. Unafraid to stand apart. And the growth speaks for itself.
$1M. $9M. $19M. $50M. $102M.
Eighteen months ago, I said yes to something I wasn't sure about. I didn't have all the answers. I just knew Bravenly was different from ANYTHING I'd seen in this industry. So I built.
Since then, I've grown one of the top organizations in the company because the mission is solid, the products deliver, and the leaders around me are EXTRAORDINARY and industry-wide respected.
When you change a woman, you change a family. But when you teach her how to change others, you have a God-sized movement on your hands. And now we expand that GLOBALLY.
The news is here and it changes everything. FULL SEND. š©·

When I started, I had a list of 10 people I was sure would say yes.
They all said no. Every dang one.
I kept asking. They still said no.
Then my mentor handed me my first customer, someone she'd already talked to. All I had to do was follow up.
That one act of belief changed everything.
15 years later, I've led thousands of people in this industry. In just the last year and a half, I've built a team of close to a thousand with my current company.
None of it started with the people on that list.
Sometimes you just need someone who believes in you before you can believe in yourself.
Who was that person for you? š

Hereās the truth about why youāre suddenly seeing colostrum everywhere⦠and no this isn't your momma's colostrum, haha.
Most people are taking all the things and still not feeling different. Not because theyāre doing anything wrong. But because their body isnāt absorbing it well.
š Check out my friend Kynzi's before + after. This is what happens when your body actually starts to respond.
The colostrum in Fit Fuel helps:
⨠support your gut lining
⨠reduce inflammation + bloating
⨠improve absorption
So your body can actually use what youāre giving it. Because if your gut isnāt working, nothing else really is either.
And our Fit Fuel is not JUST colostrum. Itās ALSO protein, collagen, probiotics, and digestive support, all working together. So instead of taking 3-4 different things⦠you have one your body can actually respond to with real, visible results over time.
Kynzi didnāt need more products. She needed something her body could actually use.
If your body hasnāt been responding the way you want⦠this might be the missing piece. Comment FUEL and Iāll send you what weāre using š©·

Nehemiah wasnāt a builder. At first, anyways.
He was a cupbearer, a trusted servant to the king. In other words, he was perfectly positioned. He had a simple job that became the setting for kingdom work that would outlive him.
He saw broken walls and couldnāt unsee them. Not because it was convenient. But because it mattered. And he chose his to listen to what God put on his heart AND move his feet.
He didnāt wait until he had it all figured out. He prayed. He made a plan. And then, he moved. Right where he was. With what he had.
Even when people doubted him. Made fun of him. Even when it wouldāve been easier to stay comfortable.
Brick by brick. Day by day. Side by side with people who believed in the vision.
What if the work in front of you isnāt small? What if your consistency and obedience in the "small things"
are laying bricks for something that will impact generations?
āThe God of heaven will give us success. We His servants will start rebuilding" (Nehemiah 2:20)
Maybe itās not random.
Maybe itās your wall.
Pick up your brick š¤

Today was one big exhale and a what's next because the month we just had will take me a few days to articulate. Highest volume across the board. Record rank ups. We've been here for almost a year and a half now, the new has certainly worn off. But the energy and the momentum continues to GROW.
Hereās what I know based on so many conversations with other women ... most arenāt lacking opportunity. Theyāre stuck in fear.
Fear of āCan I do this?ā
Fear of āWhat if this doesnāt work?ā
Fear of what people will think.
Fear of I've tried a million and one things.
Fear of wasting time on something that wonāt pay off.
And that fear keeps really good women sitting on the sidelines.
This industry doesnāt need more fluff. It needs leaders. Who build with integrity. Who care about people. Who create real results⦠not just for themselves, but for the women they lead.
I just got a sneak peak of the the systems + leadership courses we are launching within our team this month and my mind is BLOWN. This raises the standard and changes the game.
If youāve been looking for a place where you can grow, be stretched, and actually learn how to build this the right way⦠a conversation is never commitment. And I'm here for it. If I can, you can, too.
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.ā 2 Timothy 1:7

One week left in the month and we are 20K ahead of where we ENDED last month.
Why do I put these numbers out there? Because it's not just my emotion, it's facts about what is happening here.
All I can think about lately is I almost walked away from this industry. Iām so glad I didnāt.
None of this is by accident and God's hand is ALL over this. Itās women showing up. Working hard. Fighting for each other. Calling each other higher. And I donāt know about you... but thatās the room I want to be in.
You can FEEL the energy across the team right now. Major promotions loading. New leaders rising. Confidence growing. Mountains moving for these women and their families.
I say it here almost every week, but if youāve been watching, wondering if this could be for you... take a next step. You won't regret it.
And a conversation is never commitment š¤

At some point, you realize that what used to work for your body doesnāt anymore.
And pushing harder isnāt the answer. Our bodies evolve⦠and so should our habits.
So I simplified with a gentler approach.
Think Pilates, weights, and walking⦠not running, Insanity or Turbofire (we survived that era š
).
Whole foods + holistic supplements that support my body right where Iām at.
⨠Rush: clean energy + focus (no crash)
⨠Hydrate: electrolytes and BCAAs, real hydration that actually supports my system
⨠Gold: calming my body down + supporting recovery at night
My nervous system finally calmed the heck down. My energy came back. Inflammation went down. Digestion improved.
Nothing extreme. Nothing complicated. Just consistency. And actually supporting my body instead of fighting it.
If youāve been feeling off and canāt quite figure out why... youāre not alone and youāre not stuck. š«¶

This is what the data actually says ...
Women are starting about 49% of all new businesses right now. And the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs? Women over 40.
Not late.
Not behind.
In fact, the average successful founder is around 45. Which makes sense because this version of us builds differently.
With:
⢠experience
⢠wisdom
⢠intention
And for me, this wasnāt about needing purpose or finding a way to be home with my kids. This industry had already given me that.
When I said yes to Bravenly, it wasnāt out of need, it was alignment. It fits my life now. And that matters.
Iām home from spring breakā¦
or as my teenagers call it, spreak š
and ready to build with more women who want the same thing.
This isnāt for everyone. But if youāre the kind of woman who loves her family fiercely, knows who she is, what she wants and is actually willing to build it ...
Let's chat and see if this is a good fit. Take care of you + let God do the rest. š¤

Very few people know this about meā¦
I was actually a D1 athlete. And not because I was an exceptional athlete.
OSU started an equestrian team while I was there, and somehow they let me come on as a beginner. I spent the last two years of college learning both western and English and traveling to other schools to ride their horses.
Looking back, that season taught me more than I realized at the time. Because life after that didnāt look quite so simple.
There were seasons of being a teacher, raising kids, running a business, and if Iām honest ... divorce and single motherhood for a time. Holding life together while rebuilding it at the same time. Doing the job of two.
When stress is constant for years, your body adapts. Your system produces more cortisol, the hormone that helps you push through hard things. But over time, that stress response can become dysregulated, what many people call adrenal fatigue.
And one of the first places this often shows up is the gut.
Long-term cortisol elevation can disrupt gut bacteria, increase inflammation, weaken the gut lining, and affect how well your body absorbs nutrients.
Years ago I realized gluten wasnāt serving my gut well, so I removed it. That helped.
But what Iāve learned since then is that gut health isnāt just about what you remove, itās also about repairing what long-term stress has worn down.
Rebuilding the gut.
Restoring nutrients.
Helping the nervous system move out of survival mode.
For me, part of that healing season also looked like walking more closely with the Lord⦠and getting back on a horse.
After my divorce, I spent a large chunk of a day each week at the barn. (the rest in comments)
