Authentically amber
Amber Anderson is caught somewhere in the middle. She’s both a stay-at-home-mom and a career woman of sorts.
Amber, a former marketing strategist, who still uses those skills to help grow her family’s business, is a full-time mom to 2 boys.

It’s Mother’s Day… and it’s also Maycember, which means I’ve had approximately zero time to post this week.
Between Teacher Appreciation Week, end-of-the-year activities, recitals, shows, field trips, and all the little things that somehow become big things, there has been no time to create content.
So today, this is what I’ve got: a few favorite photos from past Mother’s Days and the days my babies were born. No text on the photos. No fancy reel. No perfectly curated anything. Just gratitude, memories, and rest.
Maycember is not for the faint of heart. I was up late texting with other moms this week because, yes, they were still awake too. And as another mom reminded me, “We make the magic happen.” And wow… isn’t that the truth?
So cheers to the magic makers.
To the moms packing lunches, signing folders, buying gifts, remembering theme days, showing up to programs, wiping tears, cheering from the sidelines, running carpool, making appointments, and somehow keeping everyone’s world spinning.
I pray you have the Mother’s Day you envisioned for yourself.
Personally, I’m currently laying in the guest room and I do not plan on getting up for the entire day. I’m staying hunkered down, watching TV, vegging out, and sleeping. And honestly? It sounds perfect.
What a privilege and honor it is to serve our families. God knew exactly what He was doing when He created mothers.
Praying you all find rest for your souls today.
Happy Mother’s Day. 🤍

May means two things when it comes to water: it’s Water Safety Month, and for those of us with kids who swim, it also means it’s about time to start prepping for summer swim team. (GIFTED)
sent my boys their swim gear for the season, and they were so excited. From goggles and caps to jammers, kickboards, and backpacks, they’ve got everything they need to head into swim season feeling ready.
Whether your child is gearing up for summer swim team or just needs solid swim gear for the season, TYR is such a great go-to. And these backpacks being big enough to hold all the things so mom doesn’t have to carry it all? Huge win.

Broken Bow has quickly become one of our family’s happiest places. 🌲
Fresh air, dirt roads, slow mornings, kids running around outside, and just enough quiet to make you remember how good it feels to unplug for a minute.
A little weekend peace with my favorite people. 🤍
Bathroom privacy? Never heard of her. She really brought her picnic basket and sleep sack in here like this was a full event.

There’s something really sweet about a book that feels comforting and thoughtful, and Did Your Mother Ever Tell You? is exactly that. (GIFTED)
It takes those familiar phrases we all know and gives them a more tender, modern perspective in such a fun way.
Such a sweet read for preschool + elementary-aged kiddos, and a cute gift idea too. Available now, and I linked it in stories. 🤍

Influencers in the wild… but make it moms 😂 Spent the weekend at Mom 2.0 creating, connecting, and wearing actual outfits for once. Rare footage of me NOT in athleisure. Which one was your favorite?
Millennial parents, if they’re glued to the screens and insisting there’s “nothing to do,” send them outside with a chore. Apparently muddy boots and a little fresh air can still work some magic.
