#42. I’ll keep making & drinking bone broth & working out. 😉
Monk Fruit aka Lo Han Guo. It has anti-inflammatory properties. I’ve always used it to relieve sore throat & reduce phlegm by cracking it open & letting it sit in hot water for a few minutes then sip it. I read the study that shows that it also has anti-cancer properties. The study shows that it suppressed the growth of both colorectal & throat cancer cells. It has also proven to have an antioxidant effect in pancreatic cells.
Monk Fruit has 0 calories & carbs, doesn’t raise blood glucose level so it’s safe for diabetes. Unlike most non-nutritive sweeteners, Monk Fruit has no side-affect like gas, bloating, allergy reaction. If y’all are looking to buy Monk Fruit extract, please read the ingredients list. It should only say MONK FRUIT. Many brands have added Erythritol in the ingredients. (Erythritol is a sugar alcohol derived from sugar that can cause digestion issues) so, read the label before you make a purchase. I hope you enjoy your with this extra sweet fruit without all the bad but all the wellness this week.

The pot is so full of goodness & do I even have room for some water. Believe it or not, most of the water will come from the vegetables themselves. 😋
