Finished another deck in the Harbors, prospect. My 9th there. Huge improvement for this beautiful view of Harrods Creek
This lady was the nicest, most gracious person. We doubled her deck space with a much better design. The existing sunroom was sagging with inadequate support. Remove a damaged single board and replaced it with a tripled beam. Also added a post after lifting the sag. Added much better flashing to prevent future water damage. Added skirting enclosing the bottom with a hidden access door. Was able to keep the sitting/swing area underneath as well. Composte sleeves and aluminum spindles make the staining a breeze and matching gate for the pooches. Even insulated under the 4 season room.

Another one in the books. Super nice family and Buckner. Replaced the new construction stairs with this fantastic addition to their home. Brings new life to the backyard and view of the woodlands.

I've been working on this project for a while. Terra wanted a swing under this tree for her birthday and I took it to another level as usual.
 Cedar shakes on the roof, carved rafters, new, retaining wall around the tree and around the patio. Random design pavers was extremely hard.  if you want something like this, it is extremely custom and time-consuming.$$$$ but obviously I can do it.

Just finished another great build in the Harbors, Prospect. My 8th deck there. This one has some changes. Enlarged to triple the size. The railing is notched and carved as one piece to prevent shrinkage. (Zoom in on the bottom rail, it's purdy) 8" wide top rail. Notched triple beam. Also prestained decking. Matching upper deckSuper nice customer was a pleasure to work for.

I look forward to this meal all winter.
Built the coals for hours. Open fire roasted ribeyes rested with blue cheese infused butter, flame kissed asparagus, grilled mushrooms, cheesy new potatoes. Merlot and the hottest, bestest wife that I let walk in front of me (every guy knows why) on a walk through the woods.
