This house is getting a major face lift! Follow along and we'll share the end result with a before and after! This client just purchased this home, knowing that the sheathing was rotten behind the stucco on the front of the home. They hired RMK Contracting to come remove the stucco, replace any rotten framing, resheath, and install top of the line LP Smartside siding. We did 8" Expert Finish lap siding with board and batten in the gables and on the bump out bay window. We will be installing stone on both sides of the garage with new lights and gutters on the entire home.

Wow! What a transformation! This client got an all new roof, siding, windows, gutters, fascia, and awning. His previous roof had no intake venting and no soffits on the house to be able to add intake venting for code. So, we installed deck air (near the bottom of the roof line) to properly vent his attic space, sheathed the roof to bring that to code, since it had spaced decking that no longer met code, and we installed a class 4 Malarkey Vista shingle with a transferable 50 year material and labor warranty! This shingle will get him, and most insured, a substantial discount on the annual premium. Upon going to do new maintenance free siding and LP trim around the windows, we discovered all the window frames were rotten after our tear off, due to no flashing and allowing water in for many years. We advised the homeowner, and he decided to replace all his windows with Pella windows and have the openings rebuilt to get rid of the rot. He's now gone to a completely maintenance free exterior, with top of the line materials, and should be trouble free for many years! Want to see your house transform into your vision next?
