We are pleased to welcome Mike Weyer to our team as a Project Manager.
Mike holds a degree in Marketing and Sales and brings extensive experience in construction materials. He previously served as a Window Territory Sales Manager and was a leading salesperson at Metal Sales. His strong industry knowledge and customer-focused approach will be a valuable asset to our organization.
Mike is married to Candee and is the father of two young children. In his free time, he enjoys hunting/fishing, spending time at the lake, and staying involved in his children’s activities.

We finished the 2nd phase at the North Oaks Golf Club in August. Its been a great project to be involved in. We finished the carport and soil bins as part of phase 2. It also included a new fueling station and storm water pond. The new asphalt parking lot connects the phase 1 maintenance building to the car port and soil bins

We have a new model home in Fountain Place. It will be ready for viewing in a couple of weeks. Its 1 level 2 bedroom 2 bath with a oversized 2 car garage. Its associated living so all snow and lawn care are taken care of by the HOA.

The first phase of the North Oaks Golf Club’s project is done so it’s time to move to phase 2. We started demo of the existing building and the old shop. This area will be used for the new soil bins and a car port
