Well a customer brings his vehicle in after he installed calipers and brake pads, rotors, then he had no brake pedal. He asked me to bleed his brakes after bleeding the pedal was still low. I recommended him to put new wheel cylinders and brake shoes on the rear. Once I remove the rear hubs which he told me he had replaced prior,the brake shoes were extremely low and one of the liners was completely off. After completely doing the rear brake system and bleeding again I only got a little bit of brake pedal height ,couldn’t get it to satisfactory. He was totally upset but still paid me for the brakes & wheel cylinders.  for some reason his wife was taking pictures in my office, one thing I know in my line of work is that you can never satisfy every customer. The problem was created after he done his part of the brakes which was the front. I even change the master cylinder didn’t charge him for the labor nor the part .
