Working Hours: 40 hours / Week (Mon - Fri)
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (EST Time Zone)
Salary: Depends on experience with the best incentive plan and other benefits.
Reports to The position functionally reports directly to Company Operations Head, Hyderabad
Overview
As Sr. Technical Recruiter / Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle which includes sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and closing candidates for different projects.
Should be experienced, self-starting, aggressive recruiter with strong IT Technical recruiting experience. The ideal candidate must have creative sourcing strategies and must be able to develop a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing techniques (including but not limited to networking, user-groups, professional affiliations, cold calling, job postings, job boards, Boolean searches and resume mining).
and Duties:
Must have excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills Implement recruiting campaigns to attract quality potential Consultants for contract, contract to hire and full time client requirements nationwide Maintain constant awareness of recruitment needs within company Handling end to end recruitment process
Good experience in working across all IT technologies Understanding the client requirements.
Sound Knowledge on complete US Geography.
Timely submission of qualified candidates for open requirements.
Follow Company policy for interviewing, selection, assessments and hiring of all Consulting and Full time openings.
Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills and the ability to effectively work with recruiters and all levels of management Maintain proper information of the Candidates into the Company portal.
