All churches claim to help their members reach heaven, but not all truly do. Jesus, in Matthew 7:21, proclaimed that “not everyone that says to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven.” He also stated that many would come in His name, claiming to represent Him, but would deceive many (See Matthew 24). Throughout the Bible, we are warned about individuals who claim to serve God but instead lead people to hell.

So, how can you know if you are in a church leading people to heaven or hell?

Our Gracious Heavenly Father,

We thank you so much for this great nation you’ve blessed us with.

This coming November marks the 400th year since you guided our pilgrim forefathers, like an eagle does its young, to this vast wilderness land that was to be a city upon a hill and a light unto the world. To be a place of comfort and blessing to all those who love you and keep your commandments. Never, since the time of creation has there ever been a nation like ours.

But we know it comes at an awesome price.

Ever since its founding, the Dragon, that Old Serpent, called the Devil and Satan has waged war upon this nation, pursuing after her in anger just like he is described doing to the woman in Revelation 12.

But you’ve never failed to raise up men and women willing to protect her in times of need, even willing to die, if necessary, to help keep us free from the tyranny and oppression of the enemy.

That old serpent tried to stop us from gaining independence, he tried to divide us through Civil War, threatened us with the godless forces of fascism, communism, and terrorism. And now we face grave threats by China, the Globalists, the Deep State, and radical leftist politicians who have even signed edicts banning us from congregating here today. But we came anyway, to honor our fallen.

We pray that you help us never forget the sacrifices of those who have gone before us. We pray that you help us honor them by giving us courage to continue to fight for the things they fought for – Religious Freedom, Independence, and the American way of life.

We ask that you continue to raise up warriors willing to put country before self.

Father we know why the Dragon hates this nation so much. We know it’s because we’re the only thing standing in his way of achieving global domination. We know he despises our mottos “One Nation Under God” and “In God We Trust”. We know it’s the fire of liberty burning in every Christian’s heart that deeply angers him.

So we ask that you continue to guide this nation’s destiny as it battles the dragon. And we look forward to that time, when all enemies are put under foot and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.
