Eleven new listings came to market last week in Princeton, including 3 in Coming Soon status, at an average list price of $2,128,545. Notably, one new listing entered the market at $6,995,000, highlighting continued activity at the upper end of the market.

Five properties went under contract or pending at an average list price of $2,543,000 and a median list price of $2,200,000. One of these properties was listed at $3,850,000 and on the market for only 16 days, further demonstrating ongoing demand in the luxury segment.

Three properties closed during the week at an average sale price of $1,886,963 and a median sale price of $1,725,000. These homes sold at an average of 108.3% of list price and after just 13 days on market, reflecting strong buyer competition for desirable properties.

Overall, last week's activity was notable for the concentration of luxury market activity, with both new inventory and pending transactions averaging well above $2M.
