We’re proud to be a favorite for locals to meet friends for a cold drink, a great steak and fresh pizza from our brick oven. We serve hand cut steaks, fresh salads and a variety of sandwich's and burgers. The pizza oven turns out a great variety of pies and some awesome Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos every day from midday until close.

Just an update. We are looking at the end of the year to beginning of 2024 to reopen.
The Markels granddaughter and her husband who own the 4th and Elm Bar in Wamego are doing a total remodel and will be operating this location along with her Mom, Connie.
We are looking forward to bringing back great food and a new atmosphere.

Wanted to let everyone that tonight we will have a limited amount of choices available and amount of products available. I really appreciate all your support.
Well here is your Steakhouse update. We are still negotiating the transfer of ownership, but we will have to close for a little bit of time to work everything out. With that being said July 1st is our last day. Come out and enjoy the Night on the Prairie festivities and the fireworks show and stop in and see us. I will post updates as I have them so keep an eye on our page.

Hello all, hope you all are doing well. I wanted to put out there due to negotiations involving the transfer of ownership we will be closed for an undetermined amount of time. Saturday 6/17/23 will be our last day. Hopefully it won’t be to long. Thank you for you support I truly appreciate it.
Night on the Prairie starts tomorrow and I wanted to let everyone know that we are only going to offer the lunch menu and Pizza.
The feature will be Mountain Oysters!!
Come out and enjoy the Car and Motorcycle Show as well as live music, food vendors and othe vendors!

So I am sitting here reflecting. It has been 2 years since I started managing this place and I can say it has been a blast. I have enjoyed and appreciated all the customers that have walked thru my door and am excited to see what this year brings. Be on the lookout for some events coming up in the near future. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ to all and I can’t wait to see everyone.

Working with my family is awesome!! Since the majority of my staff is family and my nephew is graduating this year we will be closed for lunch on May 13th for Graduation thank you for you understanding and we will see you that evening!
After mulling it over we will go ahead and feature Mountain Oysters Friday night!!
