Holidays can be hard, especially in new recovery. New Freedom has an open door policy. We provide a safe place if you need somewhere to be this holiday.

We will be hosting dinner & game night tonight - all are welcome to join.

In memory of Keenan McNamara we are hosting an Addiction Breathwork Event in hopes of helping those who are struggling in their recovery.

Breathwork is a practice of conscious and controlled breathing which influences a person's mental, emotional, physical and spiritual state while producing a therapeutic effect. Amber and Angie will teach various breathing techniques to help overcome symptoms caused by addiction. Each exercise will emphasize a different effect varying from increased energy, relaxation, relieving stress or anger, recalibration of the nervous system and increasing mental awareness.

Join us on Friday November 12, 2021 at Sunrise Studio of Prescott from 6:00pm - 8:00pm.

What to bring?
•Water
•Yoga Mat
•Comfortable Seating (meditation pillow, bolster, cushion, etc.)
•Comfortable Clothing

Please arrive 15 minutes early as we will begin promptly at 6:00pm. The studio is located at 612 Miller Valley Rd.

This is a donation based event. The suggested donation is $15.

In memory of Keenan McNamara we would like to provide a scholarship to someone in need of structured recovery housing who may not be able to afford the admissions payment.
