My son's first rifle build, a Marlin 336 In 30-30. He built and finished his own stock. Including fitting the recoil pad. Drilled and tapped for sling swivels in the stock, and in the magazine end cap. And fit new barrel bands. As well as gave the action some TLC to run smoother and faster.

Odd ball project. Bent a bolt, and made a scope mount for a model 1891.
