Finally have my new office set up and ready to show off! Enjoy the tour!
Hello! Things have been so busy lately, I haven't had the chance to post. When I created this page the hope was for it to be a way to network and promote the business. That is still the eventual plan but I have been two busy to do that! Good "problems" to have I guess! September hits the second month that I've been on a waitlist with no end in sight.
The last post I shared was me showing off my single room office in a shared office space. Guess what!? One month later and I'm about to pack it all up and move!! Why? Because I've been so busy it's time to expand! I'll be in the same complex but instead of having one room in a suite, I will have a whole suite!
3 Rooms + a waiting room, and a kitchenette! All the possibilities!! What do you do when you turn your dreams into a reality? Expand!
Thank you for being part of the journey with me! More to come soon :)

What’s with all the Sunflowers?
Sunflowers have been my favorite flower as long as I can remember. I chose the sunflower as the symbol for CMT Therapy because it embodies the spirit of healing, growth, and resilience that I hope to nurture in each of my clients.
Sunflowers are more than just beautiful flowers — they are powerful metaphors for the human journey. They turn toward the sun, even on cloudy days, seeking light and hope. This natural behavior, called heliotropism, is a reminder that even when life feels dark, we can choose to seek out what nourishes us — connection, self-care, and healing.
Though a sunflower looks like a single blossom, it’s actually made up of hundreds of tiny flowers working together to create something strong and whole. In this way, it reflects how our inner parts — our thoughts, experiences, and emotions — come together to form our story. In therapy, we explore those parts with compassion and curiosity, allowing you to reconnect with your sense of wholeness.
Sunflowers also symbolize strength and endurance. They can grow tall and thrive in challenging environments, just like people do when they’re supported and empowered.
Sunflower Facts That Inspire My Practice:
🌻 They follow the sun (heliotropism): A symbol of seeking light and hope during hard times.
🌻 They’re composed of many small flowers: A reminder that we are made up of many parts — all worthy of attention and care.
🌻 They bloom in tough conditions: Sunflowers are hardy and can thrive even in poor soil, symbolizing inner strength and resilience.
🌻 They provide nourishment: From seeds to oil, sunflowers are a source of sustenance — just like self-reflection, support, and healing can nourish our well-being. *The entire sunflower is edible (leaves, stem, seeds, head). This does not translate into my practice but it's still a cool fact!
🌻 They stand tall and face forward: A representation of courage, authenticity, and moving through life with intention.
In my practice, the sunflower serves as a gentle yet powerful reminder that healing is always possible — and that with the right support, we too can grow, stretch toward the light, and bloom.
