ALPHA Sports Performance

ALERT: Volleyball sessions today or canceled . Today’s Volleyball sessions at 4:00 and 5:00 PM are going to be canceled. I apologize about the late notice. It is my girlfriend‘s birthday and she wants to spend the day down in New Orleans! We booked the hotel so I’m packing now and on my way out the door shortly. If you were coming today, don’t worry we don’t cancel Sundays very often unless it’s a very special occasions like this one.

Just wanted to give everybody a heads up. I’m coming in from Hammond and running a few minutes late. I probably won’t get to the gym till about 430. If you prefer to go inside to practice servers or any else inside the gym If you get there before me, just help yourself in. If you’re not familiar with the door code, please message me and I will send it to you.

Wanted to wish everybody a happy Fourth of July! Won’t be having any sessions tomorrow just wanted to remind everyone in case I said I would see somebody this weekend absentmindedly. I don’t want anybody showing up cause I won’t be here lol

Just a reminder today, no sessions. Make sure you celebrate Father’s Day. Mothers and fathers are a special gift!

Anyone that didn’t come to today’s volleyball session is eligible to come to tomorrow’s 5 PM session. Go ahead and let me know we’re taking in no more than eight people.

We are expecting an unusually high volume of incoming calls and messages over the next couple of weeks, exceeding any other period of the year, which may lead to missed responses. Please feel free to contact me as many times as needed to prevent any missed responses.

Registration for the 11 AM summer volleyball group is currently open, with limited spaces available for the first 10 to 12 players. I am making a special announcement, as this group is filling up rapidly and some interested parties have not yet registered.
