Anyone that didn’t come to today’s volleyball session is eligible to come to tomorrow’s 5 PM session. Go ahead and let me know we’re taking in no more than eight people.

We are expecting an unusually high volume of incoming calls and messages over the next couple of weeks, exceeding any other period of the year, which may lead to missed responses. Please feel free to contact me as many times as needed to prevent any missed responses.

Registration for the 11 AM summer volleyball group is currently open, with limited spaces available for the first 10 to 12 players. I am making a special announcement, as this group is filling up rapidly and some interested parties have not yet registered.

Individual workout price $40 “pay as you go”

Back to regular sessions this weekend for Volleyball 8:30 AM location is Alpha!

The regular Sunday volleyball sessions will take place at Alpha. I will arrive at Alpha gym by 4 o'clock for the high schoolers and the regular 5:00 start time for underclassmen and anyone who cannot attend the 4 o'clock session.
