This is great news! 💪🏼

However, with every change comes with a different challenge. If rates continue to go downward in 2024, as a buyer you will have to expect to compete with a plethora of other buyers which means higher prices and less negotiating power. Whether it's buying now to negotiate a better deal or it's waiting to get a lower interest rate, you have to determine what's going to be the best for your family!
