The One Where She Buys a House 🔑
In this episode, my incredible client lands her very first home for her and her kiddos — all in under 20 days from pre-approval to closing. Could she *BE* any more of a bad ass??? ♥️👏

I was elated when an old friend reached out to say they were moving back to Columbus and needed help finding a home. Working with out-of-state buyers is always special, but when you think you’ve found the one, they make the trip in to see it—and it turns out you were right? That’s magic 🪄

Congrats to my sweet buyers (and Frank 🐕 !) on your next chapter. I’m so lucky I got to be part of it ♥️

What does it mean when you ask ChatGPT to make you into a doll and tell it to give you Realtor-like accessories like “a lockbox and laptop” and it takes it upon itself to add not one… but TWO bottles of wine 😂

When my clients and I first walked into this house, it was love at first sight. They immediately started picturing where their furniture would go, how they’d decorate, and—most importantly—how they’d convince the sellers to throw in that plant in the window ✨ (see slide 3 - she’s a stunner).

They jokingly said, “We don’t want the house unless the plant comes with it.” I told them I’d *try* to negotiate it in… but any true plant parent knows once you’ve raised one from a baby, you’re not letting it go—*even for an offer over asking* 🤣

So right then and there, I knew what their closing gift had to be.

Four hours, three greenhouses, two dudes, and one box truck later—we made it happen, baby! 🌿✨ (See slide 4 for the upgrade - and my muscle ♥️)

I’ve been so busy with my new job (Chief Mom Officer) that I forgot to post about this! It was an absolute pleasure helping one of my dearest friends to find his first home! I really do love what I do (both Realtor & CMO) 🥰

I haven’t had a chance to post about this one yet because I was literally giving birth during the final countdown to closing! 😆

I’m so glad I said yes to helping my repeat clients sell this one before their big move, despite being 9 months pregnant!

I love getting to help the same clients twice! ❤️
