It has always been my belief that food is infinitely better when the distance from farm to plate is as short as possible. We want to be something to everyone; a safe place with great food, an amazing selection of beers and wines, and a friendly, caring and well-educated staff. We strive to support the local economy by utilizing as many local products as we can. We do this by seeking out local and independent purveyors first.
