Powell Dance Academy

✨ Meet Miss Hannah! ✨

Hannah grew up dancing competitively at Powell Dance Academy and began her teaching career at PDA while in high school. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ohio University, where she spent four years on the OU Dance Team. During her time on the team, she had the opportunity to perform at school events, fundraisers, and national competitions.

Hannah has been part of the PDA team for several years and loves connecting with our dancers and families. Outside of the studio, Hannah is an Audit Manager at JPMorgan Chase and enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her two dogs, Harley and Koda.

We’re so happy to have Miss Hannah as part of the PDA family! 🤍

✨ Meet Miss Gia! ✨

Gia began dancing at the age of three in Columbus, Ohio, and went on to earn a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance from Wright State University. After college, she moved to New York City to continue her training and went on to perform professionally throughout New York City and beyond.

With over 15 years of teaching and choreography experience in Ohio and New York, Gia is thrilled to call PDA home! 🤍

Outside of the studio, she works as a graphic designer and enjoys bowling, beach volleyball, spending time with her family. She is also a proud cat mom to Sushi and Cinnamon and a new mom to baby Nina.

We’re so excited to have Miss Gia as part of the PDA family! 🌟
