If feels like a great time to feature the fact that we serve fresh, locally grown hydroponic greens.

Our greens are delivered weekly by the gentleman who grows them. Davin Coblentz arrives every Tuesday, straight from Jeromesville, Ohio pulling his small refrigerated trailer full of greens. Each head of lettuce arrives with the root ball still intact which means it is living lettuce until it is chopped fresh daily to serve to you.

It feels like a great time to feature the fact that we serve fresh, locally grown hydroponic greens.

Our salad and sandwich greens are delivered weekly by the gentleman who grows them. Davin Coblentz pulls up every Tuesday with his small refrigerated trailer, straight from Jeromesville, Ohio. The greens have their root ball intact which means they are still living up the point where they are cut fresh daily to serve to you.
