May 5th is the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG), we would like to ask if you would pledge to do a part in helping by wearing red today to show your support.

Pledge to be an ear for listening, a shoulder to cry on for those struggling with alcohol and drug use and domestic violence. It could be help guiding them to resources for healing.

A HUGE thank you to The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust for giving us $260,000 for us to purchase portable ultrasound equipment with to best serve our patients here in Wyoming!

Ultrasound uses high-frequency sound waves to produce images of structures inside the body. This safe, cost-effective tool supports other clinical information to help providers make timely diagnoses and provide appropriate treatment.

Walter Panzirer, a Trustee for the Helmsley Charitable Trust, said the grants will help improve access to quality medical treatment for all Wyoming residents, whether they live in the heart of Cheyenne or Casper or in a smaller rural community.

This informative session is designed to empower and educate community members who are eager to deepen their understanding of these pervasive issues.

Discover the realities of human trafficking and exploitation that may be hiding in plain sight, shed light on these crucial issues, and equip yourself with knowledge and resources to combat them effectively.

This event is open to the public, with a focus on exploitation prevention for youth.

Event Highlights:

+Engaging Presentations: Learn about the signs, impacts, and prevention of human trafficking and exploitation in our region.

+Virtual Reality Experience: Dive into a unique virtual reality human trafficking simulation, offering a compelling and immersive perspective prior to the main training session, starting at 5:00 PM.
