Our third grade students had the most amazing time exploring the Tellus Science Museum on their field trip today! They dug deep into their standards to discover more about rock formations and dug up some pretty cool rocks along the way too 🪨🙌🏼
It was another great day of celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with our word of the day! Today’s word is “Escuela” 🏫 What do you like to do at escuela?

Your ✨sweet treat✨ is ready!
What an AMAZING turn out at Dairy Queen in Powder Springs! So many students and families showed up to support our school and local community 💙 Teachers and students were also working hard to make cones, blizzards, and serve up some delicious treats. Thank you to all her were able to stop by!

It is day two of celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month at Compton Elementary 🎉 Our word for today is amigo!
We are so excited to announce that while celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, our students will be learning a Spanish word of the day! In order to celebrate the Hispanic Culture and connect it to our classrooms, each morning on the announcements, we will be sharing a new word. Today’s word is Hola 👋🏼
