Just another update to the rough summer we have faced—Brian’s father passed away, just a day shy of one month after he lost his mom.

In addition to navigating the emotions involved with this, we’ve not been able to work nearly as much this summer as usual and our business was thrown a couple of other small curveballs.

We have a plan for what we are calling “the reset.” Which will be basically a clean out/reset of our reselling business. This is going to lead to some crazy live auctions, at least one MASSIVE yard sale and a few other ideas we have to clear out old dead inventory, some amazing stuff we haven’t even sorted yet (the Halloween and Christmas stuff coming in the next month will blow your mind) and just moving inventory locally that we’ve ignored because it doesn’t lend itself well to us selling on Whatnot (blowmolds, yard decor and tools would be the bulk of it).

I look forward to seeing what our business can look like when we streamline it!

Heavy posting will resume once we are back home and get started with this—I think we will definitely have some fun stuff to share.

But for the rest of the week expect more of the radio silence or a random picture of something that amuses me. We’ll be back!

The one difference between Georgia and Florida is how dang hot it is at 7am. 😂. - We are out of the hotel and on the yard sale hunt!

I love Florida. Yes, we’ll take a complementary beer upon check in to the hotel.
