Can't imagine a more satisfying lifestyle, discovering a cornucopia of new herb, vegetable and fruit options and preparations. Quintessential California Avo Toast. Grilled crusty, artisan sourdough bread with fire roasted red peppers, organic avocado, organic micro greens, cracked Himalayan salt, drizzled with virgin olive oil and topped with crispy tempeh bacon, served with a side of cilantro lime chimichurri. 💚 🥑 🌱

Agedashi 🌱 Tofu, secret spice dusted, sesame crusted with a broth made from shiitake mushrooms sautéed in coconut and sesame oil, fresh organic ginger, tamari soy, tentsuyu, Thai green chili and spring onions. Umami heaven! 🍲 🥢 💚

Breakfast Burrito...savory layers of tofu scramble with Kala Namak, organic refried pinto beans, roasted wild shiitake and trumpet mushrooms, smoked hatch chile salsa, plenty of organic avocado drizzled with cilantro jalapeño chimichurri, then rolled up in a warm whole grain tortilla. No waste kitchen. Last night’s dinner reimagined...Moroccan spiced couscous, cauliflower and sweet potato fritters with almond milk yoghurt aioli, lemon zest, wild oregano and harissa for heat. 🌱

What’s for dinner? Heirloom Tomato and Shish*to Pepper Soup with Roasted Garlic and Fresh Basil...a simple three step process...roast, simmer, blend then enjoy! Season with organic vegetable broth, ground cumin, black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Add some grilled, sea salt dusted flat bread, and you have a quick, healthy weekend dinner.

Using the last of the basil in the garden to make this Fresh Fettuccine with Cilantro, Basil and Roasted Poblano Pesto. The mix of fragrant, fresh herbs and the mild heat and peppery sweetness of the chile, together with buttery, toasted pine nuts, makes for a great flavor profile, and a super tasty and easy dinner.
