A great question I always get as a Realtor. Since my crystal ball 🔮 is cloudy right now, lets talk about what I do know. Inventory is still at extremely low levels, mortgage interest rates are still at all time lows, and sellers have more equity than in the history of home ownership. So I would not hold your breath for a market crash anytime soon. However, we are currently seeing a cooling effect ❄️with fewer bidding wars which means buyers have an opportunity to get their offer accepted.
