Hello Boba Co. San Marcos fans, we just wanted to let you all know of a temporary change in our store hours for Mondays only. We will be closed on Mondays only until spring time. We will be using these Mondays to get some maintenance work done. We will be back open everyday by spring time. Other than that, all other days of the week we will be open normal hours. Thank you for your understanding!

The Boba Co. wishes everyone a happy and prosperous 2025!!! We’d like to thank you all for the support we’ve received on our first 10 months of business here in San Marcos!!! It hasn’t been an easy road but we feel and appreciate the love and support from the community, get ready for a bobalicious 2025!!!

It’s beginning to look a lot like X’mas!!! Our matcha is as green as a X’mas tree and that foam though!!!!! Our matcha is USDA and JAS certified organic with a silky smooth taste. Come get a taste, you won’t regret it!

A little update on our San Marcos location. Tiles are going in, ceiling T bars are going in this week, then we have paint and equipment installation. Then we will have final inspections and hoping to be open between 1/8 and 1/15. We have been delayed by a couple of months but we’re hanging in there to get the place as nice as we can to welcome you all!

It’s a Rose Matcha Latte kinda day… Straus organic whole milk, Oatly oat milk, or Califia almond milk shaken with our rose sauce that has actual rose petals in it, all topped off with our organic matcha that is ground just for us in Nishio, Japan. The drink pictured also has extra boba!!!

The Boba Co. is now hiring for our opening team! If you or someone you know is looking for a part time job in a fun environment, hit us up! Hello San Marcos!!!!! We have been working hard on the build out of our second location in San Marcos and hope to be open by November!!! In the meantime we have been testing away in the kitchen. Here is a peek at our Taiwanese fried chicken chop that will go great with any of our handcrafted boba drinks! We will be taking over the old Pizza Hut spot off of Nordahl Rd., follow us on IG to see what we’re all about!!!

New menu item alert!!! Just in time for summer!!! This is our Brown Sugar Sundae- 3 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream in a Muscovado brown sugar coated cup with a scoop of boba to top it off!!! This item goes live today, come n get it!!!

Look who’s baaaaaaaack, back again!!! Our espresso and tea presso machine is back from service!!! That means all our premium teas are back as well as our espresso topped milk teas!!! Dark roast oolong, earl grey, osmanthus oolong, white grape oolong, and more!!!

Alright brown sugar fans! Last month we launched our new brown sugar milk and brown sugar milk tea. They were so popular that we sold out halfway through the month, but they’re baaaaaasck!!! The brown sugar milk uses a Muscovado brown sugar and the milk tea uses a regular brown sugar syrup, and don’t forget that our boba has always been a brown sugar boba!!! Come n get it!!!!!

Hey brown sugar fans, due to popular demand, we are now serving brown sugar milks!!! Our infamous brown sugar boba, extra brown sugar drizzle, and your option of Straus Organic Whole Milk, Oatly Oat Milk, or Califia Almond Milk!!!
