This budding moon, also a pink moon, falls in Libra. The energy focus is of Balance, relationship, emotional clarity and enhancing harmony. It’s also an opportunity of releasing and letting go of old patterns and relationships that are no longer supporting your growth
The budding moon brings in growth and a shift into seeing the beauty all around you.

This circle will create a safe space for some community support and healing, in a safe container.

This will be a time to share and connect….I will lead you in a meditation to connect with relationships you might need to release and cut cords to fully step into your highest good. Whether it’s a love, platonic, family or even a self relationship, it’s a powerful opportunity to take your power back and release the energies holding you back.

You will also bask in the powerful energy of a crystal grid by Pamela

We will end with a song and some movement 💖

A journal if you’d like to write anything down
Water-although there will be some there also.

Wear comfortable layers as we will be outside.

What are your morning rituals?
They don’t haveve to be big or long. It can be as simple as waking up and starting your coffee. Or upon waking you say I’m gratefuls. Ir stretching.
I start my day with a long walk with my dog. I will often set my intentions for the day. On days that I can move slow, I’ll make my coffee and snuggle with my pup.
I’m so grateful to be alive 💖🫶🏻

I allow your body and what you’ve shared to lead me to supporting you in letting go and moving issues out of the body. You will leave feeling lighter, taken care of and feeling more open and free!
No massage is ever the same, it is always based on your needs in the moment.
