“Mainstreet to Mainframe” is an in depth urban and social history of the transformation of Poughkeepsie spanning 300 years.

Mr. Flad will be speaking about his book on June 11th, 7 pm

There is an intersection between everything I do.
Love is my driver, not fear or money. However, I understand that for many, fear—whether of scarcity or not belonging—is a very real and powerful motivator.

We often abandon our dreams because of our own internal noise (RUFUS) rather than external “dream stealers.” I don’t believe in “dream stealers.” The challenge is learning how to get out of our own way. FAITH. We hold immense potential within us, so do not be too hard on yourself. Learn from your missteps, stay awake, and think critically. Life/Breath is a gift. Do not give up on you. Be The Poem ✨💙✨
