“Up to Date” ≠ Tax-Ready.
Just because your QuickBooks is current…
Does NOT mean your books are audit-proof.
Does NOT mean your taxes will be smooth.
Does NOT mean your reports are accurate.
And this is where small businesses and nonprofits get caught.
The panic doesn’t happen in January.
It happens when:
• The CPA asks for reports
• The auditor requests documentation
• You realize payroll liabilities don’t match
• Sales tax wasn’t set up correctly
That’s why something new is coming…
A Tax-Ready QuickBooks Solution designed to help you:
✔ Clean up
✔ Correct errors
✔ Prepare for taxes
✔ Prepare for audits
✔ Operate in compliance
Because “up to date” is not enough.
Stay tuned. 👀
Launch details dropping soon.

The IRS doesn’t just send letters for “big problems.”
They send notices for:
• Failure to file
• Failure to pay
• Underpaying estimated taxes
• Incorrect information returns
And most of the time?
It’s not fraud.
It’s disorganized books.
As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I see this every single tax season:
👉 Bank accounts not reconciled
👉 Payroll liabilities not matching
👉 Sales tax not properly recorded
👉 Estimated taxes not calculated
And by the time the letter shows up… it’s urgent.
This week I’m preparing to launch my Tax-Ready QuickBooks Offers designed specifically for:
✔️ Small business owners
✔️ Nonprofit executives
✔️ CEOs who want clean books BEFORE the IRS asks questions
If you want to be proactive instead of reactive, comment “TAX READY” and I’ll send you the details first.
Let’s fix it before it becomes expensive.

Up to date” does NOT mean “Tax-Ready.”
Let me say that again for the CEOs and nonprofit leaders in the back…
✔️ Transactions entered
✔️ Bank feeds connected
✔️ Reports running
But…
❌ Reconciliations not complete
❌ Expenses miscategorized
❌ Loan balances wrong
❌ Payroll liabilities off
And suddenly tax season becomes panic season.
The most expensive bookkeeping is last-minute cleanup.
Before you hand your books to your tax preparer, ask yourself:
👉 Would I be confident if they opened my Balance Sheet right now?
Comment READY if you think you are.
Comment HELP if you’re not sure.
Or DM “TAX READY” and let’s fix it before it becomes urgent.

Everybody is telling business owners to “get tax-ready.”
So they hand you: • A QuickBooks checklist
• A generic cleanup template
• A one-size-fits-all chart of accounts
And say, “Just follow this.”
Here’s the problem.
Templates don’t teach understanding.
They teach copying.
And copying only works when: • Your business is the same
• Your income streams are the same
• Your expenses are structured the same
Which they never are.
Most people don’t panic at tax time because they’re lazy.
They panic because they don’t understand why things should be done a certain way in QuickBooks.
So when numbers don’t match: • They start re-categorizing randomly
• They ignore reconciliation issues
• They hope the tax preparer will “fix it”
Not because it’s strategic.
But because there’s no buy-in to the process.
What makes my approach different?
I don’t just say “clean up your books.” I break down how QuickBooks actually works and explain: • Why categories matter for taxes
• Why reconciliations affect your return
• Why messy books cost you more than just stress
Yes, the big buckets are consistent: Income. Expenses. Reports.
But what lives underneath those buckets should be customized to your business.
Because just like skincare…
👉 Just because QuickBooks worked for your friend doesn’t mean it’s set up right for you
👉 Just because a template worked for one coach doesn’t mean it fits your books
You don’t go to a generalist for that. You go to a specialist.
That’s exactly how I look at getting your books tax-ready.
I don’t teach “one-size-fits-all” QuickBooks cleanup. I teach business owners how to diagnose, organize, and prepare their books for tax season—properly.
If you want to understand the why behind tax-ready QuickBooks — not just copy someone else’s checklist —
