🚣 We're hiring rowing coaches for our summer youth and masters program!

If you love rowing and want to spend your mornings on the water with the next generation of rowers — this one's for you.

We're looking for coaches at all levels: whether you work with total beginners or competitive juniors and masters, we have a spot for you on our team.

The details: 📅 June – August 🌅 Morning/Afternoon/Evening sessions 🧒 Athletes of all ages & skill levels 📍 Poughkeepsie, NY

What we're looking for: ✔️ Rowing coaching experience at any level ✔️ Patience, positivity, and a love for working with kids and/or adults ✔️ Morning/Afternoon/Evening availability (Mon–Sat) ✔️ CPR/First Aid certified/NYS Boating License/USRowing member/SafeSport/Level 1 Certification (or willing to get certified)

Former collegiate rowers, club coaches, and emerging coaches are all encouraged to apply!

🥇🥈It was a great weekend of racing for HRRA's Women's JR 4+, who came in second place and fourth at the Head of the Hudson; and, for HRRA's Women's JR 1x, Sarah Stratton who came in first. 🥇🥈
