We're excited to be hosting Vassar College Alumnae/i for their reunion this weekend! Welcome back to Poughkeepsie!
Today we served Copper Penny scrambled eggs from our hens, with our own asparagus, house-made sausage and a tasty side of baby salad greens with lemon vinagrette from the kitchen garden. Guests seemed to enjoy it and I thought it was unique; certainly was fresh! Peonies and rhododendrons are in full bloom and looking great.
Congrats to the Vassar and Marist class of 2012!
