Thanks to some Facebook algorithm, i've been prompted to create a post as you haven't heard from me in ages... well, as we are all aware, the courts have shut down, but for certain emergency matters... attempts are being made to regain access but without appearances other than digitally so matters are, for most of us, at a standstill. Hopefully, once this storm is weathered, things will return to what was, albeit slowly and with precaution in mind...i'm guessing no handshakes or hugs for a while...

so, for all of you who are on hold, bear with us, use your common sense and ignore the politics and promptings of our genius leader

For those of you who haven't visited my page recently, you should know that I still enjoy the practice after 48 years and yes, i still do landlord and tenant law, Family Law and the best part of it all, Adoptions... and, yes, I am still (somewhat) fluent in Spanish (you need to speak slowly and use easy to understand words that are minimally conjugated). Though we are in the midst of a hiatus with this pandemic I am available, as ever, to take your call.
