A complete reimagining of one of the Catskills’ most sought-after destinations, this 38,000-square-foot renovation brought Baxter together with Studio Tack and the owners of Scribner’s Catskill Lodge. The project transformed accommodations, shared spaces, and dining areas through a carefully executed design-build approach that respected the lodge’s playful heritage while stepping into a brand new chapter.

The finished result is an incredible mountain retreat catering to every season, from snowy après gatherings to poolside afternoons and fireside nights.

Set on the grounds of a former rural airport, this renovation project reimagines an existing structure and underutilized property as the next chapter for Hudson Valley Seed Co..

The project involved a full interior and exterior transformation of the 3,880 square foot building, introducing new workspaces, a retail shop, a functional loft build-out, and supporting site improvements designed to expand the company’s operations and offerings. Every phase of the renovation was approached with careful attention to adaptability, workflow, and the evolving needs of the business.

The Hudson Valley's newest mixed-use property comes together this summer.
Approaching move-in, 364 Main introduces a new residential and commercial presence to Beacon's Main Street with 20 contemporary apartments and more than 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The project pairs modern amenities including a furnished rooftop, EV charging stations, bike storage, a package room, elevator access, and dedicated parking. At street level, new storefronts join the community of businesses, studios, and shops that continue shaping Beacon’s creative character.

A refined approach to the modern workplace. This interior renovation of 15,000 square feet was an opportunity to introduce upgraded acoustics, human-centric lighting, custom built-ins, and elevated executive finishes that provide flexibility, comfort, and sophistication in the workplace.

In this Hudson Valley home, sharp architectural lines carve a striking contrast against the surrounding landscape, while warm natural materials soften the interior and draw the outdoors in. A custom white oak stadium-style staircase serves as a visual anchor, while polished concrete, radiant heat, and spa-inspired baths introduce a quiet, understated luxury throughout.

A new chapter on Main.

Approaching completion, this three story mixed use development introduces 20 modern apartments and 10,300 square feet of commercial space to the heart of Beacon. Designed to strengthen the connection between residential living and the city’s evolving business culture, the project brings contemporary amenities, flexible retail opportunities, and a rooftop deck with panoramic views of Main Street and the mountains.

The transformation included the demolition of an underutilized existing structure and the ground up construction of a new steel and wood frame building.
