The Barnfox coworking space in Poughkeepsie brings together thoughtfully designed workspaces and modern amenities under one roof. The project included private offices, conference rooms, open seating areas, and shared kitchen and lounge spaces tailored to the evolving needs of today’s professionals.

“From the partners behind Pebble Bar comes Little Cat Lodge, a completely renovated and reinterpreted alpine lodge at the base of Catamount Mountain. Its interiors are Alpine-meets-Americana: checkerboard couches with floral embroidered pillows sit among chairs made from maple wood sourced from the forest nearby. Folksy painted motifs, including edelweiss, are painted on wooden banquettes as they would be at Captain Von Trapp’s house. There’s a dash of Japanese minimalism too—from the Noguchi lamps to the deliberately sparse, wood-focused design of the guest lodgings.” -Elise Taylor, Vogue

A complete reimagining of one of the Catskills’ most sought-after destinations, this 38,000-square-foot renovation brought Baxter together with Studio Tack and the owners of Scribner’s Catskill Lodge. The project transformed accommodations, shared spaces, and dining areas through a carefully executed design-build approach that respected the lodge’s playful heritage while stepping into a brand new chapter.

The finished result is an incredible mountain retreat catering to every season, from snowy après gatherings to poolside afternoons and fireside nights.

Set on the grounds of a former rural airport, this renovation project reimagines an existing structure and underutilized property as the next chapter for Hudson Valley Seed Co..

The project involved a full interior and exterior transformation of the 3,880 square foot building, introducing new workspaces, a retail shop, a functional loft build-out, and supporting site improvements designed to expand the company’s operations and offerings. Every phase of the renovation was approached with careful attention to adaptability, workflow, and the evolving needs of the business.
