BEST part of my job is seing the young people attending their first concerts and me being able to be a small part of that experience and make it special for them .
You see the excitement in their eyes standing in line waiting for doors to open , to when the artist vehicle pulls up , and the climax when the artist they listen to on the daily , finally comes to their city and they get to experience a show up close and personal on that stage - meet and greets make it even more memorable . Shout out to all the parents who have no connection to the music at all but do it it for their babies and creating memories . I remember my first times coming to shows at Lake Compounce and other places , and which staff was nice and which ones were a holes . Remember people will always remember how you make them feel. It's about the journey , not the paper . ❤️
