Our 5th-6th grade campers spent the week exploring some of the exciting programs offered at Kiamichi Tech through interactive, hands-on activities. From learning new skills to discovering potential career interests, students got a glimpse of the opportunities that await them in the future.

Trenten earned this opportunity while participating in Kiamichi Tech–Poteau’s Work-Site Learning program, where he was able to gain valuable real-world experience and apply the skills he learned in the classroom. Through dedication, hands-on training, and a strong work ethic, he has prepared himself for an exciting career in the electrical industry.
At Kiamichi Tech–Poteau, students are discovering opportunities Where Potential Meets Purpose, and Trenten’s success is a great example of what can happen when education and industry come together. We are proud of his accomplishment and excited to see him continue to grow in his career! ⚡

Students from the Criminal Justice Program proudly volunteered their time to serve the community by assisting maintenance and cleaning efforts at the Poteau Police Department Fi****ms Range and Training Center.

This hands-on opportunity allowed students to give back while supporting the continued training and preparedness of local law enforcement. We are proud of these students for demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to community service.

Thank you to the Poteau Police Department for allowing our students to contribute and gain valuable real-world experience through community partnership.
