To all my LEO friends out there!!! I appreciate your service!! Thank you for working that shift in the freezing cold, pouring down rain, and the smoldering heat! I know for most it’s not just a job, but a calling to make your county or your city a better place! Y’all do so much with little reward. I consider it a privilege to work calls side by side with some of the country’s finest LEOs. Keep doing a great job!! And those times when you don’t feel appreciated or you don’t feel like you’ve made a difference, just know,,, That there has been a life changed for the better in some way because of what you’ve done and because or who you are!! HAPPY LAW ENFORCEMENT APPRECIATION DAY!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the Leflore County EMS and the Choctaw Nation EMS for watching over us today and keeping us cool and making sure we were within safe parameters of fighting fires. We had a mutual aid call with a neighboring city with a motel on fire. Around 8 different fire departments responded. While everyone else was running out, we were running in! I wanna say I’m proud of everyone on scene and way to show up and get the job done regardless of it being a 1000 degrees outside.. Also thanks to all the bystanders who dropped off water and Gatorade and helped where they could.. It was an extreme conditions, but it really made me thankful I live in Leflore County!
