We’re super Swamped with work right now getting jobs on the road knocked out and sometimes it’s hard to be available to take calls and be at the shop! Please leave a Message or voicemail and we will reach out as soon as possible if we do not answer!With that being said, we’ve decided it’s best for us here at Blackout Customs to switch things up a little bit, this will ensure that we get jobs done for you as quickly and efficiently as possible!

1) Although we do not think it’s fair to have to pay a deposit to book an appointment, it is not fair that we have so many No shows as well, a simple text would be more than appreciated and we can reschedule your appointment. So going forward if you book a weekend appointment, the balance must be paid up front to stay on the schedule as these are the busiest days for us. All other appointments will be due at drop off.

2) We are no longer Open for business on Sunday or Mondays unless We have Booked and Balance is paid!

3) Any Vinyl Wrap, Smoked Tail Lights, Bedliners, Commercial and Residential Tint Jobs and any Big Ticket Jobs will require the material to be payed Up Front before being booked, we cannot continue to be out of pocket on orders without the guarantee of the job being completed.
